This most often occurs for one of the following reasons:

• Your recipient might not have signed up with ZAFA using the same UID that you used to send the money. The recipient simply needs to add this UID to their account and confirm the new User Identification. The money will then immediately appear in their balance.
• The recipient may not have verified their User Identification. Any payments sent to an account will not appear in the account balance until the customer has completed the registration process by verifying their User Identification.
