What is the Notification Trigger for?
Notification Triggers is to modify the events that you wish to receive notifications or alerts.

How can I receive the Notification from ZAFA?
You will receive a notification from ZAFA after making a transaction.

When can I receive a notification from ZAFA?
After making a transaction you will receive a notification, For example: after sending money or after requesting money.

Is there a notification for each transaction?
Mostly you will have received a notification after make a transaction.

Can I receive a Notification by SMS?
Yes, you can receive a Notification by SMS.

Can I receive a Notification by Email?
Yes, you can receive a Notification by Email.

How can I receive a notification for success events?
Log in to your ZAFA account.
Click the "My Profile" at the "My Account" tab.
Click "Notification Triggers" link under the "Notification Management".
Check the “Success of Event” and click Save.

How can I receive a notification for failure events?
Log in to your ZAFA account.
Click the "My Profile" under the "My Account" tab.
Click "Notification Triggers" link in the "Notification Management".
Check the “Failure of Event” and click Save.

How can I receive a notification for both success & failure events?
Log in to your ZAFA account.
Click the Profile sub tab.
Click Notification Triggers link in the Notification Management.
Check the “Success of Event” and the “Failure of Event” at the "Specify Your Notifcation Preference" and click Save button.

What is the “My Preferred Communication Channel” for?
It is to receive a ZAFA Notification in a specific channel. There are two choices to specify the channel, the "My Communication Email" and "UID Involved in Event".

Can I select multiple communication channels to receive the notification from ZAFA?
For each Event you can select one channel only to receive the notification.

What is the “send to Message Center” for?
This is to send a notification to the Zafa Message Center.

How can I receive the events that are related with my account?
Log in to your ZAFA account.
Click the "My Profile" under the "My Account" tab.
Click Notification Triggers link in the Notification Management.
select the Events at the “Account Related Events"
Click Save.

How can I receive the events that are related with my transaction?
Log in to your ZAFA account.
Click the "My Profile" under the "My Account" tab.
Click Notification Triggers link at the Notification Management.
Select the events in “Transaction Related Events”
Click Save.

How can I receive the events that are related with system notification?
Log in to your ZAFA account.
Click the "My Profile" under the "My Account" tab.
Click Notification Triggers link in the Notification Management.
Select the Events at the “System Notification”
Click Save.

Can I change the Notification of my Supplementary Account?
No, you can’t change the Notification for your supplementary account.
