-STEP1:

1. Enter the Mobile Number (You will use this mobile number to login to your ZAFA Account. Please note that ZAFA will send a verification code to this mobile number).
2. Enter your Personal Information (Please note that ZAFA will never share your information with any other third party), review our Privacy Policy.
3. Enter your Address Information, ZAFA will send your monthly statement and other services to this address.
4. Enter the Security Code; this helps ZAFA to prevent automated subscriptions.

-STEP2:

1. Enter the Password, you will use this password to login to your ZAFA Account. The password must be strong (between 8 and 10 characters, contain at least one digit and one alphabetic character).
2. Enter the Transaction PIN, this PIN is used to authorize your transactions. The PIN is six digit codes and it is different for each "User Identifier" you create under your account.
3. Enter the Secret Question and Answer, ZAFA will request you to enter your Secret Answers to identify yourself in the cases of forgotten password, PINs, or locked account.
4. Enter the Verification Code that you receive it via your mobile in Step1; this code is used to verify the existence and authenticity of your mobile number.
5. Read the Terms and Conditions, Click on Submit button.

After you have registered there are 2 ways to access your ZAFA account.

1. The ZAFA website at www.zafa.com.
2. The ZAFA mobile application.

Simply follow these steps:

• Login to your ZAFA account.
• Click on Send Money Tab.
• Fill the form and click the Continue button.
• Review the details of the payment, including the Source of Funds. To change any information, click Edit.
• Click on Send Money button to send the payment.
  

ZAFA can be used to send and receive payments through different channels. Once you sign-up for ZAFA, you can send money to anyone who registered to ZAFA, using money from your ZAFA balance. Recipients are then notified via email or SMS that they have received a payment from you.
